Restraining Orders

It is very costly to obtain a Restraining Order in family court as it takes so much time and paperwork.  You should first try calling the police if you think you need a No Contact order and see if they can help you.  If not, a lawyer here can assess the chances of whether you will succeed in being granted a Restraining Order on an emergency basis for you and/or your children.
